TimeLive SaaS timesheet is a web based collaboration tool for project management, bug tracking, employee timesheet, employee attendance, issues and expenses. There are two versions of the product available. One is the hosted version that works on the SaaS model. The second version can be hosted locally on the organization’s server. Project management and collaboration features are built-in. Users can configure the timesheet to suit the organization’s work style. Expense management and approval workflow also can be customized. Task management is available. Bug and issue tracking are supported. Basic time data is collected through the time sheets. The display is well organized. The weekly view shows the time spent by an employee on various tasks assigned to him. Email alerts for events related to the project and task status, keeps everybody concerned up to date.
Integration with Quickbooks can help keep your accounts current and you would be able to monitor the organizations financial health at any time. Invoices to your customer will have accurate time billing and expense details. The software can be customized as you could buy access to the source code. The developers too can do it for you. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The controls are also well laid out. Users will be able to figure out what to do and how to do it. Both the versions of the software are available free for five users. This is a very good product.
